Cleanroom Tuesday 2022 | Digital discussion panel | October 11 - 25, 2022

Please be aware that the Cleanroom Tuesdays 2022 will be held in German language only.

The world is developing fast, and so are the challenges in the cleanroom. Digitalization does not stop at Industry 4.0, and so it is that we in the cleanroom have to keep finding new ways and possibilities to become more efficient, more transparent and more competent. What keeps you busy? Which topics strike your chord and where is there an urgent need for action? Our CleanroomNet partner discusses these questions over and over again. We would like to invite you to join in the discussion. Join us in exciting discussion rounds with experts from the industry on the topics of Cleanroom 4.0 - the future of your cleanroom; From practice for practice with individual approaches to the topics of pressure control, filter testing and flow visualization; Locking in and out - what do you have to consider with regard to material and personnel, Quick In/Quick Out, pressure maintenance, etc.

The future of your cleanroom 4.0 | October 11, 2022 | 3:00pm CET

Industry 4.0" reflects the model of intelligent and self-organizing production. The fourth industrial revolution offers a multitude of new opportunities - digitalization will not only change value creation processes, it will also create new business models and perspectives for employees. So what does "cleanroom technology 4.0" mean ? The CleanRoomNet cleanroom network first tackled this topic 2 years ago under the title "Die Reine 4.0": we develop solutions for the digitalization of cleanroom technology from planning to construction and operation.

Follow exciting aspects of cleanroom technology 4.0 in our panel discussion:

  • Cleanroom 4.0 - just an abstract term or is there already more to it ? What is the current status?

  • What is the benefit for me as a customer and what added value can the data deliver?

  • What are the prerequisites for Cleanroom 4.0 and are there also limits and obstacles?

  • What innovations can we expect in the next few years?

Airlocks in the clean room | October 25, 2022 | 3:00pm CET

Cleanrooms are usually divided into different cleanliness classes. Cleanroom airlocks represent the boundary between the individual areas and are used for the controlled entry and exit of material and personnel between the rooms of different cleanroom classes.

In this 60-minute live session, the topic will be highlighted by our network partners and current problems and their solutions will be discussed:

  • What special attention should be paid to when bringing in personnel ?

  • What role does the packaging of the material play and what concepts are there ?

  • Are there concepts to improve the efficiency of airlocking ?
