Ruven Brandes has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 15 years. As an expert, he combines technical expertise with a strong sense of quality. In 2020, he was named one of the top 100 IIoT Influencers. As an engineer, it is of great concern to him to combine technical concerns and GMP requirements. The different professional stations enabled him to have a deep understanding of different points of view in a pharmaceutical company. 

Ludwig Kuhn is managing director a EUROKEY Software GmbH with the professional focus areas: Mobile solutions, eLearning, logistics, facility management software development especially web applications and mobile solutions research and development (AR / VR / BIM / UX). He studied Information Science and Computer Science at Saarland University and is a certified EU Data Protection Officer since 2018. 

Daniel Reichen has been a team member in ELPRO Key Account Management since 2016. He is responsible for global partnerships with dedicated multinational pharmaceutical companies. Daniel understands the daily challenges of life science organizations in operating temperature-controlled storage facilities and managing products in transit. Daniel holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the Interstate University of Applied Sciences Buchs NTB, Switzerland.

Dirk Steil is managing director BECKER Reinraumtechnik GmbH based in Saarbrücken. After graduating as an industrial engineer, he studied in England and France. In 2000, he joined the BECKER Group and founded the cleanroom technology division, for which he has been responsible as a GmbH since 2002. The Klima Becker Group has over 400 employees and locations in Germany, France and Luxembourg. Becker Reinraumtechnik designs and builds turnkey cleanrooms for a wide range of industries, with a focus on the health care sector.

Isabell Dittmar took over the clean room sales area in 2018 and has been in charge of all sales at WZB - Werkstattzentrum für behinderte Menschen der Lebenshilfe gGmbH since April 2020. Ms. Dittmar is a trained wholesale and export merchant with a focus on wholesale and studied financial services at the University of Applied Sciences in Zweibrücken. The employees of WZB gGmbH, and thus also Ms. Dittmar, have set themselves the task of providing people with disabilities with professional qualifications, further developing their personalities and thus enabling them to live a life that is largely normal.

Stefan Heintz has been active in cleanroom technology since the late 1990s - at that time for Klima Becker. After founding the company GIGA, he actively supported the specialization of I&C technology in laboratories and manufacturing facilities. For many customers, he and his team are the technical contacts for individual and efficient control engineering solutions.

Michael Heuchert has been working for Klima Becker Full Service GmbH in the clean room division since 2008. He successfully passed the examination for master craftsman in refrigeration technology in 2006 and, as group leader, assumes responsibility for maintenance calculations, customer acquisition, customer support as well as for the technical processing of qualification measures and their documentation. A team of experienced clean room technicians supports Michael Heuchert in the implementation of qualification measurements, maintenance and fault analysis at the customer's site.

Walter Ritz studied at the University of Applied Sciences Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel in the field of supply engineering. Since 1992, he has been active in the field of cleanroom technology in the areas of technical planning, execution, product development, certification and consulting. Since 2009, he has been employed by TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH as a senior consultant. His tasks at TÜV SÜD are: Cleanroom Technology Expert, High Security Laboratory Expert, GMP Qualification Engineer, GMP Auditor, GDP Auditor, Occupational Safety Specialist.

Cleanrooms are usually divided into different cleanliness classes. Cleanroom airlocks represent the boundary between the individual areas and are used for the controlled entry and exit of material and personnel between the rooms of different cleanroom classes.

Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Gerhard Winter studied chemistry & biology in Munich. From 1994 to 1997 he successfully participated in the graduate program Toxicology and Environmental Hygiene at the University of Düsseldorf. In addition, he has been a consultant for the Dorfner Group since 2018.

Dr. Christoph Strubl has been managing the medium-sized company Strubl GmbH & Co. KG in the third generation since 1995. He is a member of the board of the Industrievereinigung Kunststoffverpackungen (IK) e.V. and spokesman for the board of the pharmaceutical packaging working group in the IK. The company was founded in 1949 and operates in three business areas: Cleanroom Packaging for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Technology, Automated Packaging Systems and Film Packaging for Industrial and Consumer Goods.
