40 Years of ELPRO: Building Trust, Driving Innovation, Ensuring Safe Medicines

To conclude ELPRO’s anniversary series, ELPRO's executive management team talks about what defines ELPRO and where the company is heading.

ELPRO is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026. Throughout the year, our video series has featured people who have shaped ELPRO over the years. To conclude the series, we hear from the executive management team: Frederik Dresen (CEO), Christoph Bamert (CSO) and Philipp Triet (CTO).

It all started with a simple idea: data loggers that help customers better understand the impact of temperature. Today, ELPRO is an international solutions provider for the pharmaceutical industry. Its hardware, software and services work together in production, storage, laboratories and transport. Two principles have remained the same throughout. ELPRO aims to solve real problems through innovation and to be a partner that is easy to work with.

What sets ELPRO apart is the combination of a global presence and deep industry knowledge. Its own teams in key regions and a reliable partner network understand the realities of pharmaceutical supply chains. Over the years, ELPRO has built extensive experience in quality, compliance and supply chain processes. In a highly regulated market, this experience builds trust.

Looking ahead, ELPRO is focusing on connected, integrated and easy-to-use solutions, with an emphasis on end-to-end visibility, automation and sustainability.

To mark the anniversary, the management team thanks all employees, customers and partners who have shaped ELPRO. The vision for the future remains the same: a world where medicines are safe.

Thank you to everyone who is on this journey with us. Here's to the next chapter, together.

Frederik Dresen, CEO, ELPRO
