Five reasons for returning your LIBERO data loggers
Avoid waste of resources
Over 90 percent of all hardware components in our data loggers can be reused or recycled. These are particularly valuable raw materials that are needed for chip production.
Avoid recycling costs, strengthen the circular economy
The extraction of raw materials from individual data loggers is complex and the disposal, recycling or reprocessing is expensive for the individual. By reclaiming our loggers, we help to ensure that the largest possible proportion of the valuable raw materials used is returned to ELPRO's material and production flow. Parts that cannot be reused are recycled correctly sorted.
Exhaust life cycle
We use only A-grade components in our data loggers. These are typically designed to serve between ten and twenty years. In the ELPRO re-utilization process, these components are reprocessed and reused in a controlled manner, so that customers receive devices that are as good as new.
Assure quality
By feeding the components of the returned data loggers into the ELPRO defined and controlled re-utilization process ourselves, our high quality standards are guaranteed. Our retraceability system ensures that components are used a maximum of once to three times in ELPRO products, depending on their type and criticality.
Ensure long-term availability
The global shortage of raw materials and components is also leading to massively increased prices. One aspect on the way out of the crisis is the high-quality reuse of parts and components. Only through the sustainable use of resources can long-term availability be ensured at prices in line with the market.
How the re-utilization of your LIBERO data loggers works
Collect the used LIBERO data loggers on site until you have reached the desired number of data loggers. Pack the collected data loggers securely and prepare the shipping documents. From a quantity of 500 LIBERO data loggers ELPRO will help you with the shipment and will pay the shipping costs. In this case please contact us directly.
When doing so, please be sure to declare the data loggers as 'Returned Goods for Recycling' and not as 'Defective'. Send the data loggers to one of the ELPRO locations listed below.
ELPRO checks the LIBERO data loggers and components for possible re-utilization. They are then returned to ELPRO's material and production flow. All components that cannot be reused are handed over to an official recycling station on site.
