Is software already available to migrate historical data when switching to the cloud?

Yes. ELPRO supports customers with tools and procedures for transferring historical monitoring data when moving from an on‑premises deployment to the cloud.

If we move back from the cloud to an on‑premise system later, can historical data be migrated or accessed?

Historical data portability is supported. Customers can discuss migration or continued access options with ELPRO to ensure long‑term data availability and traceability.

Does elproMONITOR Cloud work with existing on‑site hardware?

In many cases, elproMONITOR Cloud is compatible with existing ELPRO monitoring hardware. A system review is recommended to confirm compatibility and identify any required upgrades.

Will we need to update or replace on‑premises devices when moving to the cloud?

Not necessarily. Most existing infrastructures can continue to be used, though some scenarios may require updates depending on hardware generation and use case. 

How dependent is the cloud solution on internet connectivity?
