For returns of 100 or more LIBERO CB and/or LIBERO CS data loggers, ELPRO provides you with the LIBERO Return Portal. On the portal, you can arrange the entire return shipment with just a few details. All required shipping documents are generated for you, with no need to coordinate with a carrier. Return shipping is free of charge when you send back 100 or more LIBERO data loggers. *

• Enter your contact details.
• Enter the number of LIBERO data loggers.
• Add packaging information.
• Submit your return request.
• You will receive an e-mail with all shipping documents, sent on behalf of ELPRO via logmate.info. The e-mail subject will be “ELPRO LIBERO RETURN PORTAL.”
• Print all documents and attach them to the packaging unit.
• Select date and time for pick-up via the link provided in the e-mail from logmate.info.

*  Due to local regulations and country-specific restrictions, the LIBERO Return Service via the Return Portal is not available in China, Vietnam, South Korea, India, Turkey, or countries subject to international export control or sanctions regulations. For returns from China, Vietnam, South Korea, and India, please contact the ELPRO Singapore office directly. Customers in Turkey may arrange returns to an ELPRO office independently.
