ELPRO is pleased to inform its customers and business partners, that ELPRO Group AG is planning to become part of Bosch Group. The contracts with Bosch Service Solutions have been signed yesterday and are to come into effect after approval by the antitrust authorities.

With Bosch Service Solutions, we have found a strong partner to broaden our service offerings and enter new markets.
The goal of both companies is ultimately to expand internationally together. Bosch Service Solutions has access to a worldwide network and extensive experience in the development of technology-based service solutions and proven service expertise. Solutions to monitor lifts, heating systems and safety transports are part of the portfolio. To this end, Bosch Service Solutions operates the largest private security control centre network in Europe. ELPRO, on the other hand, has deep industry knowledge and innovative strength in the development and application of monitoring solutions across the entire pharmaceutical supply chain.
