2025 was a challenging but positive year, marked by strong focus and steady progress across our portfolio. The global life science landscape continued to evolve, with clinical trial activity remaining overall stable—influencing ELPRO’s market environment.
We delivered stable results in stationary monitoring and maintained strong performance in healthcare and pharma. Growth in our customers’ commercial segment was encouraging, as we expanded existing partnership and gaining new accounts as more products moved into commercial phases.
Increasing regulatory expectations continued to drive demand for our GxP services, reinforcing ELPRO’s position as a trusted compliance partner.

A Major Step: Launching liberoMANAGER 3.0
A key milestone in 2025 was the launch of liberoMANAGER 3.0. The solution centralizes data from all LIBERO data loggers—USB, Bluetooth®, and real-time—in one platform.
liberoMANAGER supports data-driven decision-making and automated product release workflows. It enables seamless integration with existing systems, ensures full traceability, and provides access to quality-relevant data—from monitoring and archiving through to advanced assessments and compliance reporting.
Designed to scale from a few hundred to tens of thousands of shipments, liberoMANAGER is supports cold chain management from clinical trials to commercial applications across the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Introducing a New Standard with elproMONITOR Cloud
We also introduced elproMONITOR 4.0 in a cloud version, offering our established environmental monitoring database as a fully ELPRO-hosted Software-as-a-Service solution. It reduces IT effort, supports scalable deployment, and provides easy access to monitoring data from anywhere.
The system monitors wired and wireless sensors across all key parameters, from single devices to large installations. It supports organizations of all sizes—from small laboratories to global enterprises—helping them manage environmental monitoring more efficiently.
Progress Toward End-to-End Monitoring
In 2025, we advanced our strategic direction and product evolution toward true end-to-end visibility, introducing key enhancements in both liberoMANAGER and elproMONITOR. By increasing software modularity, we are enabling deeper integration and greater supply chain transparency, keeping us closely aligned with our long-term vision.

Monitoring-as-a-Service: More Visibility and New Opportunities
Our Monitoring-as-a-Service offering gained momentum in 2025, with more customers opting for real-time data loggers via a rental model instead of purchasing devices. We plan to extend this approach to stationary monitoring, delivering hardware, software, calibration, and related services through subscription-based options and new business models.
Regional Updates
Our global footprint, with strong teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, allows us to stay close to our customers, understand regional needs, and provide expert support wherever medicines are made, stored, or shipped.
In Asia, 2025 marked 10 years of ELPRO’s presence in a region experiencing rapid growth, expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing, and improving access to medicines. Our local presence remains crucial.
In the Americas, despite challenges such as customs procedures and inflation, we secured major projects and delivered high-quality services, maintaining competitiveness in a key market for ELPRO under the new leadership of Steve Popescu.
Across EMEA, we successfully completed several Monitoring-as-a-Service projects and reinforced long-term partnerships, highlighting the value of combining local service with global expertise.
